Release Details

• Necessary improvements are made in the application to address the change in the internal folder structure of LogPoint v6.0.0. 
• You now need to provide a Processing Policy instead of providing the normalization policy and the repo while configuring Mitel fetcher. The Processing Policy integrates Normalization Policy, Enrichment Policy, and Routing Policy into a single policy.
  

Installation

Follow these steps to install Mitel Fetcher v3.0.0:

1. Download the MitelFetcher_3.0.0.zip file provided in the Download section above. 
2. Extract the zip file to obtain the MitelFetcher_3.0.0.pak file.
3. Install the application by importing the pak file to LogPoint under Settings >> System >> Applications.
4. Mitel Fetcher 3.0.0  gets enlisted under Settings >> System >> Plugins  after successful installation.
5. Go to Settings >> Configuration >> Devices. 
6. Add the required device in LogPoint.
7. Click Add collectors/fetchers icon ("+" button under Actions column) for the device to configure.
8. Click Mitel Fetcher in the Available Collectors Fetchers panel. 
9. In the Mitel Fetcher panel:
   1. Choose a Parser.
   2. Select a Processing Policy to apply over the logs.
   3. Choose encoding format from the Charset drop-down menu.
   4. Provide the Port of the Mitel server. 
   5. Click Submit.

Verification 

 Enter the following query to search for the log messages collected via the Mitel Fetcher application.
