Key Information
- We recommend you don't mount an Azure Blob Storage to symbolic links such as /opt/immune/ or the mount points reserved for Logpoint.
- We recommend you don't create dashboards, alerts, or reports from logs in Azure Blob Storage mounted as cold storage.
- If you mount an Azure Blob Storage to a directory, Logpoint automatically configures it as a repo directory. You can log into the UI and configure it as a repo path to migrate the logs to the Azure Blob Storage.
- If you umount Azure Blob Storage or uninstall the Azure Blob Integration, Logpoint removes the connection to Azure Blob Storage. You can still access your logs either directly from the Azure portal or by re-mounting it to Logpoint.
- The amount of time to generate reports using logs in Azure Blob Storage varies. It depends on the query used and the number of logs.
