Important Notice
RadiusAuthentication UpgradeHelper v1.0.0 is supported exclusively on LogPoint v6.2.
General Description
The RadiusAuthentication UpgradeHelper application installs a plugin that updates the Radius Authentication application to resolve the possible Login Page freeze in LogPoint.
You must install the RadiusAuthentication_UpgradeHelper application only when:
- You are upgrading LogPoint v6.2 to v6.4.0, and
- You are using the Radius Authentication application in LogPoint v6.2.
Installation
Follow these steps to install the RadiusAuthentication_UpgradeHelper v1.0.0 application:
- Download the RadiusAuthentication_UpgradeHelper_1.0.0.pak file provided above in the Download section.
- Install the plugin by importing the pak file to LogPoint under Settings >> System >> Applications.
