Support Connection CA Update

 

v6.0.0 to v6.5.3 5.6.4 and later

Important Notice

If you are using LogPoint versions from 6.0.0 to 6.5.3, you must install the Support Connection CA Update v3.0.0 application.

Description

For LogPoint versions 6.0.0 to 6.5.3, LogPoint’s CA certificates for support connection are expiring on July 26, 2019, 07:29:26 2019 GMT. To renew the certificates, you must install the Support Connection CA Update application. However, for LogPoint v6.6.0 and later, the CA certificates have been already updated.

Installation

Follow these steps to download and install the Support Connection CA Update application:

  1. Download the application_Support_Connection_CA_Update_3.0.0.pak file from the Download section above.
  2. Go to Settings >> System >> Applications.
  3. Click Import.
  4. Browse for the downloaded application_Support_Connection_CA_Update_3.0.0.pak file.
  5. Click Upload.

You can find the Support Connection CA Update application under Settings >> System >> Plugins after the installation.

Note: You must reinstall the Support Connection CA Update application after upgrading to LogPoint v6.1.2 or LogPoint v6.2.0. 

Important Notice

If you are using LogPoint v5.6.4, you must install the Support Connection CA Update v1.0.0 application.

Installation

  1. Download the application_Support_Connection_CA_Update_1.0.0.pak file from the Download section above.
  2. Go to Settings >> System >> Applications.
