Agent-based vs. remote connector technology

Customers often raise the question whether our software is agent-based or if we have remote connector software?

We have different types of products. The main product (called Extended) is an agent-based SAP ABAP Add-On. There is also remote connector software for SAP HANA Database compliance and our "Light" product for SAP ABAP & SAP JAVA based systems.
