Process to request a new log normalization support

Hi Team, My customer has  a new network appliance that is not yet supported by LogPoint. What is the process to request its support ?

Hi Jerome!

If your customer has a new data source currently not supported, please reach out to our support team either by opening a ticket on the Helpdesk servicedesk.logpoint.com or email support@logpoint.com in which they would be happy to assist.

Remember to ask the customer to share example data from the data source, anonymised if you wish, and they’ll get to it.

Also, you can always create it on your own within the knowledge base section of the LogPoint platform, and share it here
