
Hi Sandesh,
Sometimes the Logpoint machine is not properly synced with the fabric servers. As a result, the Logpoint is not able to execute the tasks given by the director console or API server. Try the following steps to sync your Logpoint to the fabric servers.

Login in the remote Logpoint machine.

Go to
Settings >> System >> LogPoint Director
. -
Select Sync Pools .

Click on Sync and wait for the sync status to update.
