Logpoint is aware of the recent critical vulnerability (CVE-2024-3094) identified in xz-utils, affecting versions 5.6.0 and 5.6.1. Logpoint’s software, including the products SIEM, SOAR, UEBA, and Endpoint security (AgentX) are not impacted by this vulnerability.
This vulnerability with a CVSS score of 10, involves malicious code backdoored into the xz-utils software.
