Reference ID: EDR -1816

Date Published: 2024-08-09

Affected Product: AgentX

Affected Versions: 1.4.0 and later

Description:

In v1.4.0, the AgentX Server logging architecture was moved from file to memory-based. So, when upgrading from the earlier version to 1.4.0, there is a risk of logs being left behind in the old file system, potentially resulting in log loss.

Workaround:

To minimize risk, update AgentX during your downtime or non-working hours.

Support:

If you have any questions or require assistance, create a support ticket.
