Please note that our Support Portal (ServiceDesk) will be updated on Sep 10, 2024, Tuesday, between 4 AM and 6 AM UTC. During the upgrade, minor to almost no functionality will be affected (you can however use alternative ways to contact support via email or phone support as described in Support Overview).
User Impact
You may need to Log out of https://servicedesk.logpoint.com and log in again to see all changes applied. To get the most out of the new designs, we recommend using Google Chrome.
Update Summary
The update will roll out several changes to the ServiceDesk portal such as:
- Update design and content of the service emails sent from Logpoint Service Desk to align with current visual styling [CS-64]
- Introduce a header for important information alerts when browsing https://servicedesk.logpoint.com [CS-84]
- Enhanced view of Product Security page [CS-78]
