Description: 

Adding a custom certificate removes agents from their agent groups and re-assigns them after a delay. Logs received during this delay are unlabeled, causing log loss.

Workaround:

1. Go to Settings >> Configuration. Click AgentX. 
2. Click Certificate. 
3. Generate an SSL certificate and download it.
4. Copy the certificates from the downloaded .zip file to the ‘\cert’ folder in the AgentX directory on Windows or Debian.
5. Restart Windows or Debian clients. 
6. To restart AgentX Manager, contact support
