Incorrect node count in license reports on Director-connected Logpoint after upgrading to v7.5.0

Description:

After upgrading a Director-connected Logpoint to v7.5.0, license reports show a node count of zero for months before the upgrade. This occurs despite nodes being configured during that period, resulting in an incorrect node count report.
