As of October 2024, Logpoint has acquired Muninn, a provider of Network Detection and Response (NDR) solutions. This acquisition has resulted in the launch of Logpoint NDR, a continuation and evolution of Muninn’s products, such as AI Detect and AI Prevent.

Support Process Update
Logpoint will transition all Logpoint NDR (formerly Muninn) related support to the unified Logpoint Service Desk (https://servicedesk.logpoint.com and support@logpoint.com) as of September 2025.
What changes - Customers started with NDR after October 2024
Applies to: Customers purchased NDR solution via Logpoint after October 2024
No changes would happen to the existing process. Support is provided via Logpoint Global Support team, including NDR specialists.

What changes - Customers using Muninn before October 2024
Applies to: existing Muninn customer signed before October 2024
- You can reach support via support@logpoint.com or https://servicedesk.logpoint.com. The existing addresses e.g. support@muninn.ai will work, but connecting to the new Logpoint Service Desk
- Your support is carried out by the same Logpoint & Muninn employees, and aligns to the Terms And Conditions defined at your existing contract. Therefore, some terms and SLAs described at Support Overview may not be applicable to you. You can request the switch to general support terms at any time by reaching out to Logpoint Sales Representative or Customer Success.
