Cluster Communication Disruption in AgentX due to Memory Leaks caused by SCA Scans

Affected Version: v1.6.0 and later

Description:

In AgentX cluster deployments, the master node gradually consumed excessive memory when the SCA (Security Configuration Assessment) scan was enabled, resulting in failure of cluster communication and preventing new agent enrollments.

Workaround: 

  1. Log in to Logpoint as an admin user.
  2. Go to Settings >> System Settings and click System Monitor.
  3. Stop sca_compliance_report service.

The service will restart automatically when Logpoint reboots. Each time Logpoint reboots, follow the same steps outlined above to stop the service.
