After upgrading to Logpoint v7.8.3, SFTP-based Backup and Restore fail even when the public key is correctly configured. This behavior is due to enhanced appliance hardening introduced in v7.8.3, which disabled a service account used for SFTP transfers. As a result, backups are successfully created and stored locally, but the transfer to the remote SFTP server fails. |
