[Support Announcement] Jan 23, 2023 - Bi-weekly Service Desk (Support Portal) Upgrade

Please note that our Support Portal (ServiceDesk) will be updated biweekly every Monday from 4 AM to 5 AM UTC. During the upgrade, minor functionality might be affected (you can however use alternative ways to contact support via email or phone support as described in Support Overview).

 

Jan 23, 2023 Update

  • UI fixes with some links overflowing the borders [CS-32]
  • Ticket page design updates, removing duplicate "submit request" button [CS-37]
  • My Profile page design updates [CS-38]
  • Partner Portal banner update to new style [CS-41]
