Hello Edgar,
It is not directly possible within Alert Notification interface but it can be done through Logpoint SOAR by creating a simple playbook to send the mail based on the metadata of an incident.
You can follow these steps:
1. Create a playbook that extracts the data of incident and sends mail based on incident( for this you might need to configure the email in the SOAR itself)
2 Create a trigger to run that playbook when there is that incident.
